Friday is the last day for registration for the Automation Summit

Aros Congress Center in Västerås is the venue for the Automation Summit on 3-4 September.  The event is this autumn’s best opportunity to access extensive business intelligence, according to the organisers, Automation Region. The conference examines the digital future with lectures, panel discussions and exhibitions. How can we work together to take the industry to a new level and reinforce Sweden’s competitiveness? The programme is broad-based and provides trend-spotting aimed at the relationships between society, business and academia. Humans have a key role to play in the fourth industrial revolution – digitalisation.

The first day of the conference will conclude with a reception and a festive evening full of surprises.

Kristina Persson, Sweden’s minister for strategy and future issues and Nordic cooperation.

Tommy Palm, entrepreneur and game designer behind the mobile games Candy Crush Saga, Bubble Witch Saga, World in War, Karlsson on the Roof and a further 30 successful titles.

John W Hines, who gives an inspiring presentation on NASA’s technology roadmap within automation, digital factory concepts, tools, techniques and forecasting.
