SLU Alnarp

SLU Alnarp makes you welcome with its campus and a park with thousands of trees, bushes and flowers, together with landscape and horticultural laboratories, the rehabilitation garden and a range of beautiful buildings. Alnarp castle, which was completed for the agricultural institute in 1863, dominates the centre of the park as a clear symbol of the campus.Today it is a modern workplace for 100 of the staff of SLU Alnarp.

The main studies and research are made within Faculty of Landscape Architecture, Horticulture and Crop Production Science. In Alnarp there is also one department of Faculty of Forest Sciences, Southern Swedish Forest Research Centre. And another one belonging to Faculty of Natural Resources and Agricultural Sciences, Swedish Biodiversity Centre.
